About the Ride: Meet at the Olympic Park Railway Station, Homebush Bay. The course follows a loop around showground and Stadium Australia. At 6am we stop and send groups off at 30s intervals and usually limits the numbers per group to approx 20 to give everyone a good training experience. Riders are required to seed themselves remembering that everyone can’t be in group 3! There is a group for beginners and riders looking for a moderate (social) pace ably managed by our senior riders.
Additional Notes: Tuesdays and Thursdays are hard, Wednesday is at chatting pace.

Yep, great bunch of riders, excellent for building fitness. These guys and girls are extremely fit….fast group not for the faint hearted :^)
What a great bunch of guys (and girls)
Group for everyone, from stupid fast and painful to great training pace to beginner ride with friendly advice and guidance by Ben. Group 2 is getting a bit soft though…..group 3 keep catching them!
Everyone really friendly and happy to accept newbies.
Will definitely go back.
This is an excellent ride for building aerobic and muscular endurance and practising fast paced bunch riding etiquitte. The group are generally very focussed on the task but are very helpful and positive whether on Tuesday or Thursday.
I find Tuesday to be more solid than Thursday, but Thursday is still very hard paced.
Make sure to arrive 10 minutes early and warm the legs up to ensure you are ready for the first part of the ride as it is usually a fast pace that settles.
