Start Time: 6 am
Ride Finish: 7.30 am back at Noosaville. During school holidays, some riders will add on for those looking for extra K’s in the legs.

Mon - recovery ride
Tues - Sunrise hilly loop (fast)
Wed – Cudgerie loop
Thurs – Boreen Pt loop (fast)
Fri – Lake MacDonald loop
Sat - Twin Waters + Eumarella ride (fast)NB. start at Fire Station
Sun – long slow ride 80k+

Additional Notes: All rides except for Sat Twin Waters loop start from the Homemaker Centre at Noosaville. Noosa Crew usually have lots of tourists on their bunch rides throughout the year and many pros/ex pros also liven the bunch up throughout the year. The bunch is triathlete friendly.
