After about 1500km on the new 150TPI Rubino Pros I'm sold. No flats, smooth ride, confident cornering, good in the wet.

I have white/white rubino pro 2 and they are good tyres. I have no puncture for now, but my brother and friend had a 5-6 puncture in 3 months .

If you want to clean the tyres, just use Homebrand toothpaste and a soft toothbrush. I have the white/white Rubinos, they looked *much* dirtier after riding the Around The Bay the other week, but a quick bit of toothpaste and hey presto they're good as new; it even gets rid of the nasty oil stains I had put on them after dropping a chain on the way into work last week.

I did get a flat when riding through some pedestrian's thoughtfully left-behind broken beer bottle (near Caulfield racecourse on a race weekend, I should have thought about it and gone a different way) but otherwise they're great tyres and the bling value is just huge!
