This ride goes in three waves on Sundays. "Cruisers," our slower riders, leave at 6:20 AM, followed by "Middies" at 6:30 AM and "Fasties" at 6:40 AM. All travel to Waterfall via the Princes Highway, Grand Parade, Taren Point Road, Kingsway, Sutherland the Princes Highway again...

Easy Wednesday Night spin out through Camden to the bottom of razorback then as we hit Finns rd the ride gets going and basically a race through Menangle and all the way back to Campbelltown. Good hit out for a Wednesday evening during Daylight saving - varying abilities and everyone is waited for back at Campbelltown.

The Razor Back Ride starts off at Narellan road bus shelter Mt Annan and follows old Hume Hwy to the top of razorback range. Everyone is waited for at top of mountain then we decend down old razorback through Cobbitty and into Camdem. slow pace up till razorback then all let loose to the top, good pace into Camden from there. Big numbers specially in summer.

Met at Uncle Leo\'s Truck stop Service Station at 6.45am on the 2nd 3rd and 4th Sunday of the month. Depart 7am Sharp. Ride approx 80km stop halfway for Coffee. medium pace to fast at end of ride. Plenty of history on this ride and great undulating roads.

The ride is a 65km loop, travels through Forest Reefs, Tallwood and Spring Terrace returning to Orange at about 09:00am. Shorter option available by bypassing Tallwood loop. Various unofficial sprint points along the route and a KOM for those keen to have a dig. Final 15km fast pace, swapping turns with a sprint to finish.

TheKidsons Saturday Morning Dash is a very friendly bunch that has tri-athletes, bike racers, AUDAX and recreational riders mixing in together. The experience level of riders in the bunch is usually very good. If you want to learn how to swap off turns, then this is the ride for you. Great fun and most sit around the coffee shop for an hour afterwards. You will be back in town by 8.30am

The Gregadoo Loop is a training ride for all, you have seasoned racers to beginners. Tuesday is usually the harder day. The ride starts out with a long slow drag to the top of a hill, descends and over another short climb for a fast run to an old club racing sprint line. Then it's fairly sedate back to the lake.

The faster group leaves at 5:30 and a slightly slower group leaves around 5:40.After going through Coolangatta and up to Currumbin to turn around at the Alley, the group comes back the same way. There are a few different options to add varying hills and distance to the ride, from going up Fraser Drive to Terranorra road (2km ~ 5%), to over Bilambil Heights and Hogans Road, then either Murwillumbah for a coffee, or back up Terranorra back toward Tweed

The LACC Club meet at the Olympic Park Railway Station, Homebush Bay. The course follows a loop around showground and Stadium Australia. At 6am they stop and send groups off at 30s intervals and usually limits the numbers per group to approx 20 to give everyone a good training experience. There is a group for beginners and riders looking for a moderate (social) pace ably managed by Senior riders.

The Lifecycles 'Tea & Bicky' Ride is 55kms at an average speed 30km. Its a "no drop ride”. This includes punctures and mechanical break downs. No one is left behind. We ride out along Castlereagh Rd to Richmond where we do a loop around Richmond Air Base and then return home along Castlereagh Rd to Penrith. At the “Col de Castlereagh” (top of the hill) with about 10kms to Penrith the bunch usually speeds up resulting in the group dividing up into a fast group and a slightly slower group.

Join the easy going and non-competitive group ride with MC Cyclery. The new group ride heads out through Maroubra, La Perouse, Randwick and finishes in Centennial Park (approx 50kms). Everyone is welcome, it starts at 7.00AM from MC Cyclery 787 Anzac Pde Maroubra. A moderate pace (average 25-28kph) with a good mix of flat roads and moderate climbs. Note, Road Bikes only. Canceled on rainy days. Helmets must be worn and all road rules apply. Coffee and food at Centennial Park Kiosk on completion, for those who would like a chat.

The Woodford Island Crew Bunch Ride is a easy mostly flat ride covering about 30-40kms. It's a very social group averaging around 30km/hr following the scenic Clarence River. Mclean is near Ballina up on the the North Coast of NSW.

The Soft Cogs Bunch is located in Singleton NSW. Depending on the riders and the prevailing wind the course is set on the morning and may consist of a long ride for some and a shorter ride for others you can choose. There are several courses to choose from incorporate vineyards to hills to river flats. It’s a Tour de France all year round but with shorter stages.

This ride was originally a "BUG type" ride. Over time it has evolved to cater for the cafe racers also. It has four groups that cater for the beginner riders all the way through to guys who can mix it with the racers. This is the perfect route for racers who are trying to get their partner into cycling. You can still work hard in a strong group while your partner can take it easy with the newbies. At the end we all catch up for coffee at Latteccino's.

Join the Dulwich Bicycle Club at Tempe Track on Mondays and Wednsedays for a session on the track. A broad range of riders from juniors to elites ride these training sessions, often paced with a derny. There are coaches on hand and lots of friendly faces to assist new riders. To ride on the velodrome riders need a current racing licence or some basic knowledge of the rules of the track. For the safety of all, riders may be required to undergo an assessment of their skills prior to entering the velodrome.

The Inverell training ride consists of a 40km loop out the Glen Innes rd and back through the small township of Elsmore. It is the climb out of town that hurts so stick with the bunch up the first hill (experienced riders will set a comfortable average speed to ensure we stay together), once we're to the top it is an enjoyable scenic route through some of the nicest country side in the state. Getting close to Inverell (about 3km) we climb up the last hill with the option of going your own pace or challenging yourself with other riders racing to the top. We wait at the top or go back down to encourage others up. We then set off into the 60k sign sprint, sit at the back of the pack and enjoy the show or get involved, with caution of traffic and other riders.Note: Thursday's ride is Tuesday's loop in the opposite direction.

Join the Coast and Toast Bunch ride on Saturday for a 70km Ride. Ride starts slow along Pittwater Rd through Collaroy, Mona Vale and Newport. The pace picks up out through the bends at Newport. Full on for the last 4 ks's coming into Palm Beach with a sprint at the ped crossing opposite the ferry wharf at Palm Beach. The group rolls around to Palm Beach LifeSaving club and regroups. It waits for Stragglers at the Life Saving Club. It then heads back around through Whale Beach and winds around through Clareville on the Pittwater side to Avalon. Sometimes the ride goes straight back to Bacino Manly from Newport, other times turns at Manly Vale and heads up McCarrs Creek Road and back down Forest Way and Allambie road to Bacino Manly for the "toast" part!

The Dads Army Bunch Ride is a long standing and well established ride. Level is usually easy and social with Coffee and a chat at the end. A reward for the hard work through the week. The faster riders in the bunch wait at a number of places for any riders left behind. Mostly flat with some minor rolling hills and one larger hill. An easy 35kms on Saturday.

Join the Manning Valley Cycling Club for a cruisie ride at the start, with a few bunch kicks along the way, (we re-group after the kicks). Fairly flat, only a couple of small rises. Once we start the trip home we normally roll over and its everyone for themselves getting closer to town. We all try to meet at Raw Suger (Victoria Street) for a brew after. Its a 50km ride at medium pace.

The Eurobodalla bunch ride Tapproximately 60kms going from Moruya via George Bass drive to the hwy at Broulee then back to George Bass drive and on to Mogo. A short toilet stop at Mogo then go via Tomakin and Broulee finishing at the Air Raid in Moruya approximately 2hrs Later where most will stop for a coffee. For those who wish usually a small group will continue on for a slow lap of our Kiora Hills course which adds approximately an extra 20kms.

The route is north along Pittwater Rd, past Warringah Mall (5:30am), through Dee Why shops, Collaroy, Narrabeen, then veer right towards Mona Vale shops. Left at McCarrs Creek Rd direction Church Point. There is usually a short sprint approaching the Church Point u turn. Its a medium to hard 50km loop returning to Manly Beach for coffee.

Any beginners can meet and join the bunch at top of Turramurra side of Bobbin Head at 6:55am if they want to skip the hill. Slow to St Ives, down Mona Vale road to top of McCarrs Creek Rd.

The TREK Store Ride runs on a Saturday morning, leaving the store at 6.30am. Its a 50km loop out to Richmond and around the RAAF base before returning to Rouse Hill Town Centre. The ride is led by a qualified Trek Bicycle Store staff member and the emphasis is on group riding skills and enjoyment, not speed. You will need a bike, a helmet, spare tube and some change if you want a pre or post ride coffee.

The Colluzi/Latteria Bunch ride from Darlinghurst to Waterfall originated in the 1980's when St George club riders from the city/east left Coluzzi at 6.20am to hook with the club ride which left Hurstville at 7am. The ride now originates from outside Bar Coluzzi and Latteria cafes and mostly includes riders from St George, Sutherland, Randwick Botany, Easts and North Sydney cycling clubs. It is not an easy ride.

The KOM Saturday morning rides are for intermediate and advanced riders You can expect some hills, traffic and great company. You can safely park your car at the rear of the store for the duration of the ride and we have two great cafes on either side of KOM for post ride breakfast munchies. Please make sure your bike is in good working order and you carry at least one spare tube, lights if necessary a pump and money to shout DC a coffee!.

The first two bunches pick up the pace at La Perouse for the run home via the hills around Maroubra Beach with a paceline developing along Anzac Parade. The third bunch does the same route at a slightly slower pace with an emphasis on bunch riding. Back in the park for coffee at 8.30am
