A TOUR DOWN UNDER ONE OFF: On 21 Jan 2010 before the start of stage 3 of the tour down under. From the Hilton Hotel to Glenelg along Anzac Highway and back up the Anzac Highway to Unley and stage 3 start.
Join the Whyalla crew for a easy 44km recovery ride on Sundays. It's 2 x Laps of Whyalla going clockwise. Flat with a few small rises.
Going to the TDU? Why not head out for either a 109km or 53km ride on the 17th of January, and Ride like Crazy! - But Who is the Man Crazy? what's it all about? Where do we sign up?.....
This ride leaves at 7.45am on Sundays to Lobethal via Norton Summit & Lobethal Rd, coffee at the Market complex there. Slow group returns same route, fast group via Cudlee Creek & Gorge Rd.
Join the Night Espresso Bunch Ride which leaves at 7pm in two or three groups of different speeds. Finish about 9pm. Usually hilly unless the weather interferes.
Join the Scuzzie Bunch ride for a 50km Hard paced ride from North Adelaide via Outer Harbor via Grange and then Military Road. Average Speed is about 40-45kph.

Join the Mishmash group for a casual 60km ride with an average speed of about 20-22kmph. The ride heads through the Adelaide Hills and returns to the start for a Coffee.
Every now and then we come across some wicked ride locations. Melrose located in the outskirts of South Australia has trails from Blue to Black Diamond. But as any mountain biker would know, single track is where its at, and the crew at Over The Edge Bike shop can hook you up with over 80kms of singletrack!

Track Beginner Sessions every Friday, $10-$15. Loan bikes available. Learn the basic track technique or just ride around to get a feel for the bankings. Completely non intimidating environment. All welcome.
This ride starts from Mega Bike, King William Road, HYDE PARK South Australia. Often 100+ riders split into speed limit groups, 30/35/40/45/no limit. The difficulty is only as hard as the group you choose to ride in. Constantly rotating paceline.
