Join the Night Espresso Bunch Ride which leaves at 7pm in two or three groups of different speeds. Finish about 9pm. Usually hilly unless the weather interferes.

Join the Scuzzie Bunch ride for a 50km Hard paced ride from North Adelaide via Outer Harbor via Grange and then Military Road. Average Speed is about 40-45kph.

More bicycle lanes are not the answer to reducing cycle crashes in South Australia but increasing the numbers of cyclists on the road may actually improve rider safety. UniSA researchers Dr Jennifer Bonham and John Petkov (UniSA) presentation Safety in Numbers and the Cycling Context, shows that fewer accidents occur if more people choose pedal-power. “The volume of cyclists using the roads appears to be the single most important factor in predicting the likelihood that an individual cyclist will be involved in a crash.” Dr Bonham said.....

3 Hours North of Adelaide you will come across Melrose - at the foothills of Mt Remarkable you will find a weeks worth of Sweet Single track - purpose built mountain bike trails for all riders. There is over 50kms of single track here - the ride really depends on everyones ability. It will be mostly black diamond so a good level of skill and fitness is required. Family rides can also be arranged with billy tea and fruit cake!
